Delivering the invitation and managing attendance; coordinating accommodation, transport, catering; using event-day content in corporate communications (with explicit consent); fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis

Performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2(c)); legitimate interest (5/2(f)); explicit consent for image/video use (5/1).

4. Sharing

Your data may be shared, strictly limited to event organization, with our event vendors (agency, hotel, transport, press services).

5. Retention

Retained for 2 years post-event; destroyed or anonymized at the end of this period.
